Where can I track my pharmacy order?
Open My Pharmacy Orders, then choose the relevant order. Delivery updates are displayed only when provided by the existing order and delivery service.
How do I upload a prescription?
Visit Prescription to select a doctor-issued prescription or submit a supported external prescription for the existing review process.
Where can I find my invoice?
Go to My Orders and open the billing document for your order when an official invoice has been issued. A pending billing document is not a final tax invoice.
My payment is pending. What should I do?
Return to your existing checkout attempt or My Orders to review the status. Do not initiate a duplicate payment unless the checkout service explicitly instructs you to do so.
Can I return medicines?
RX Pharmacy's existing return workflow restricts return requests to server-eligible non-medicine items. Check the relevant order in My Orders for available actions.
How can I update my delivery address?
Manage your saved patient profile in Profile & Address. The checkout screen lets you review the delivery address according to existing service rules.
How do I contact the support team?
Use the existing Support Ticket page after signing in. You can see your own tickets and public replies there, subject to your account permissions.
