User & Provider Agreements

Core agreement terms for patients/users and participating healthcare providers.

User / Patient Agreement

  • Use accurate identity and contact information and keep credentials secure.
  • Use healthcare information responsibly and seek qualified professional care for medical decisions.
  • Respect provider, staff and platform rules and do not misuse prescriptions, reports, bookings or QR credentials.
  • Authorise RXOPD to process information necessary to provide the requested platform service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Provider Agreement

  • Maintain truthful professional, registration, licence, location and contact details.
  • Provide services only within applicable professional and legal authority.
  • Keep patient information confidential and use RXOPD records only for authorised care/operations.
  • Do not manipulate bookings, reviews, advertisements, referrals, billing, prescriptions, reports or verification evidence.
  • Cooperate with verification, audit, correction and suspension processes required for platform integrity.

Electronic acceptance

Where RXOPD presents an agreement, consent or confirmation inside a registration, onboarding, booking, payment or service workflow, proceeding with that workflow may record the user’s electronic acceptance together with the relevant account, timestamp and technical audit data.
