How RXOPD.COM handles account, identity, healthcare, location, document, communication and operational data.

1. Information we may process

  • Account and contact information such as name, mobile number, email address and authentication data.
  • Provider onboarding and verification information, including professional registration, licences, identity documents, profile photographs and submitted evidence.
  • Healthcare workflow data such as appointments, prescriptions, reports, patient-entered information and provider interactions where the relevant service requires it.
  • Location information when a user explicitly provides or permits it for nearby discovery, provider setup, attendance or operational functions.
  • Payment, transaction, support, audit, security, device and technical logs as required for the relevant service.

  • Create and secure accounts, verify identity and manage role-based access.
  • Provide bookings, healthcare workflows, records, support and platform functionality.
  • Verify providers, reduce fraud, investigate abuse and protect platform security.
  • Process permitted transactions, reconcile service records and meet legal obligations.
  • Improve reliability and usability using proportionate, privacy-aware operational analytics.

3. Sharing and disclosure

RXOPD does not make protected health, identity or account information public merely because it is stored on the platform. Information is disclosed only as required for the requested workflow, authorised role, service provider, legal obligation, safety need or user-authorised purpose.

Third-party service providers may process limited information where necessary to deliver infrastructure, communication, payment or other enabled services, subject to applicable safeguards.

4. Security and retention

RXOPD uses access controls, session protections, audit logging and other technical safeguards appropriate to the platform. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Information is retained for as long as necessary for the service, security, legal, clinical, financial, audit or dispute-resolution purpose for which it is required.

5. Your choices and requests

  • You may request correction of inaccurate account information through available account or support workflows.
  • You may request account/data deletion through the published Data Deletion page, subject to records that must lawfully or operationally be retained.
  • Browser/device permissions such as location or camera can be controlled through your device or browser settings.
