Terms & Conditions

Public terms for using RXOPD.COM and its healthcare, provider, booking, document, communication and payment-related services.

1. Platform role

RXOPD.COM is a healthcare technology platform operated by Innovations & Future Group. It helps users discover and interact with independent doctors, assistants, clinics, chambers, pharmacies, laboratories, healthcare companies and other service participants.

Unless RXOPD expressly identifies itself as the service provider for a specific service, clinical diagnosis, treatment and professional advice remain the responsibility of the relevant healthcare professional or establishment.

2. Accounts and eligibility

  • Provide accurate registration, identity, contact and professional information.
  • Keep login credentials and OTPs confidential and do not share access with unauthorised persons.
  • Provider access may depend on verification, licensing, role eligibility and other applicable compliance checks.
  • RXOPD may suspend or restrict accounts used for fraud, impersonation, abuse, unlawful activity or security circumvention.

3. Healthcare and emergency use

RXOPD is not an emergency-response service. For a medical emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service or nearest healthcare facility immediately.

Information shown on the platform is intended to support access and workflow; it is not a substitute for an individual clinical assessment.

4. Bookings, prescriptions, reports and records

  • Appointment availability, waiting time and professional availability may change.
  • Prescriptions and clinical records are attributable to the relevant authorised professional and are subject to access controls.
  • Users must not alter, forge, misuse or redistribute protected medical or identity records unlawfully.

5. Payments, refunds and service charges

Where RXOPD enables paid services, applicable pricing, charges, taxes and transaction terms are shown in the relevant workflow. Refund and cancellation handling is governed by the published Refund & Cancellation Policy and any service-specific terms.

6. Acceptable use and security

  • Do not attempt unauthorised access, scraping of protected data, malware distribution, credential theft or abuse of platform APIs and forms.
  • Do not upload unlawful, misleading, infringing or malicious material.
  • RXOPD may log security-relevant events to protect users, providers and platform integrity.

7. Liability and applicable law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RXOPD is not responsible for independent clinical decisions, third-party professional services or losses caused by misuse of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer, health, privacy and other statutory protections.
